We are honored to have been asked to (once again) be a part of the Oregon Truffle Festival! Owners Alex and Jonathan Hoffman will be deep in the woods at the UNESCO Cascade Head Biosphere Reserve for a few days cooking with one of our favorite people Robin Jackson of Canada.
